Momentum Behavior Analysis, LLC offers an easy way for pediatricians, specialists, therapists and schools to send referrals. Just give us a call. Also, ask your referring MD to email/fax us a physician referral for “ABA” with their signature to: info@momentum-behavior.com / fax to (931) 287-2778. If we do not contact you within two business days, please call to make sure we received the referral.

At times, we may have a waitlist for services. If you would like to see if we currently have a waitlist, how long it is, or add your loved one to it, please contact us at (931) 287-3710.
We are actively seeking additional BCBAs to join our team in an effort to allow for more timely access to services.
In the meantime, there are other services that may provide support for your family as well as aid in obtaining approval for ABA services by the insurance company. Those services consist of:

Counseling
Medication Management
Case Management
Comprehensive Child and Family Therapy
Speech Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Youth Villages
Tennessee Early Intervention Services
School based services
You may discuss options for these services with your pediatrician/ school, or by contacting our office at (931) 287-3710 for information on providers in your area. You may also search for a variety of services in your area by going to TN Disability Pathfinder, or by going to BACB to find Board Certified Behavior Analysts in your area that you may contact directly.
